AZ-733V

产品概述

◆Intended Use
When an image diagnosis of the chest or abdominal is performed by X-ray CT or digital gamma camera, there has been fears to produce resolution and reproducibility degrades or artifacts under an ordinary performance because the organs should move according to each respiratory motion.  Also in irradiation therapy using the equipment like a linear accelerator, when a target located in a movable organ according to respiratory motion needs to be applied to radiation, normal tissues around a focus might be unnecessarily exposed to radiation because the field of irradiation has to be set wider than the actual size of a focus due to its organ’s motion.
It is known that the respiratory motion is periodical and repetitive motion, and consequently the organs in the chest or abdominal moves periodically and repetitively according to respiratory motion.  Therefore the said diagnositical degrades and artifacts, and therapeutical dangers can be avoided if precise detection of respiratory motion and its consequent, synchronized imaging or irradiation is available.
AZ-733V is composed of  Respiratory Sensor (RS) to detect patient’s abdominal motions (pressure changes) to get a patient’s respiratory information, Sensor Port (SP) to amplify and to transmit analog signal from RS, Wave Deck (WD) to receive the signal from the said SP and to convert it to digital signal to be sent to Personal Computer (PC), outputing gate signal to a image diagnostic equipment or an irradiation therapeutic equipment, and Personal Computer (PC) which is installed with specific applications such as patient file making, management of respiratory wave, setting gate signal, and so on.
This management of respiratory wave consists of  “acquisition”, “real time display”, “storage”, “reference”.  The gate signal can be set freely in any phase and range of respiratory wave.
Regarding an image diagnosic equipment such as X-ray CT, the system offers increase of image resolution or image reproducibility and decrease of motion artifact to the said image diagnostic equipment by image reconstruction with the use of gated radiograph to respiratory motion.
Regarding an irradiation therapy, the system offers increase of irradiation accuracy by irradiating in gating with respiratory motion and by focusing irradiation into the targeted position of the focus, and permits decrease of after-effect dangers by eliminating excessive irradiation to the normal tissue.
Intended operators are those who understand the operation of the equipment and the effectiveness of respiratory gating systems.
